
There is no way to get ahead. Lumped together with the same pay raises. No matter how hard you work everyone get the same raise as a slacker
Toxic management, lazy ass people, to much red tape, too much by the book, a raise every 6 months would be cool,and there is much $$$ wasted
Not caring about associates families or the associate them self. It's all about the bottom line and no care of people or customers
favoritism is bad business. most qualified person should be obvious choice. Management, support mgr. doesn't mean free pass to do no work.
The being yelled at all the time. Older people are picked on to the point of death.
