I have been challenged, and have come through those challenges with a much better job than what I started out with, but I still feel I have a long ways to go.
The company's foundation was built around "keeping employees happy means the business will continue doing well". Once the founder died all that was thrown out & replaced with a corporate culture that not only takes advantage of employees but doesn't compensate them fairly.
Briefly describe my experience? Poor. Poor management. They are more focused on their retirement than the current employees. Management keeps hiring more managers... who micromanage. Web is not the place it used to be. I'm only staying for now because of some of the benefits.
