Out of 30 Web Industries employee reviews, 73% were positive. The remaining 27% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping Web Industries improve their work culture.
Some will take feedback from all levels, and that is appreciated. Mainly the leadership team who was with the company years ago and embrace Employee Ownership culture are the ones who drive the right behaviors.
Nothing. The management has been a mess for quite some time because of the CEO, who he hires, and the decisions he makes.
They seem to listen, say they will take on your cause.
Management is carefully chosen so as to not have anyone in charge that will question anything or stand up for its employees. They come in, get a paycheck & go home. They are trained to take advantage of loyal employees while pushing out the original culture and replacing it with a corporate one.
Getting paid weekly is the only good thing I can say about this company.
Gett8ng paid weekly is all I can say good about this company
ESOP plan is a great benefit!
Employee owned, health insurance discount for wellness partcipations, education assistance.
employee owner stock certificates program
Management intentionally sets up the better workers to fail so that they can give raises and bonuses to their favorites over the people that actually earned the money. Loyal workers are always underpaid and taken advantage of while their favorites get those people's raises.
Want to do the right thing, try to move the company forward and embrace collaboration.
My direct manager and teammates are great!
we all have a similar sense of humor, making it easy to laugh
Depending on who the coworker is everyone is held to a different standard. One co-worker may go above & beyond while another co-worker doesn't pull their weight. This makes interacting with coworkers completely negligible since the very people you're forced to work with expect you to do all the work
Employee ownership culture means doing the right thing for each other and the company, and there are enough people that believe in that.
The company needs to stop making hasty decisions that put themselves millions of dollars in the hole then expecting the few employees left over to fix it year after year. All with no goals to work towards since at that point raises and bonuses go out the window.
I like that there were 3 different groups that interviewed me, from all levels of the plant.
Interviewed by several team member but one at a time so it was not too overwhelming.
They listened and seemed to take an interest in what I had done in the past.
People being interviewed until this very day are being promised things that the company took away upwards of 5 years earlier. This means new employees are being told they're going to get things that no longer exist just so that the company can get them in the door. They start off lying to you.
Working with my fellow Employee Owners.
My core team is great to work with.
When I feel a sense of accomplishment, that makes me happy.
When the owner died the people that moved up and took his place threw out his original culture and replaced it with a corporate one that's all about taking advantage of loyal veteran workers. This pushes people out of the company leaving those left with more and more responsibility for the same pay
I like that people can move up in the company.
Communication needs the most improvement.
