What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that there were 3 different groups that interviewed me, from all levels of the plant.
Interviewed by several team member but one at a time so it was not too overwhelming.
They listened and seemed to take an interest in what I had done in the past.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
People being interviewed until this very day are being promised things that the company took away upwards of 5 years earlier. This means new employees are being told they're going to get things that no longer exist just so that the company can get them in the door. They start off lying to you.
