The leadership needs to treat employees like human beings.
They are absent, have clouded judgment, and refuse to do what is right for the company.
Most benefits have been removed from when I started with the company. There is no consistency in review or bonuses either.
The pay is decent compared to the market. The benefits in terms of healthcare and other perks have slowly been removed over time.
The leadership has never built an actual product. Their sole interest is in combining a lot of functional companies to create the allusion of value and exit before things come crashing to a bitter end.
