How's the work life balance at Welltok?
It was good at first then quickly deteriorated due to over-commitment by management.
Hopefully, it'll get better with time, but currently it's not that great. There are plenty of people working late nights and weekends.
How's the vacation policy at Welltok?
Poor. There were 20 days allotted, but upon my resignation, the company said I owed them for money for PTO when in reality they owed me about 8 days worth of compensation. They can't even keep track of their policy.

Health insurance. PTO. 401k (no match)
What's the office vibe like at Welltok?
Sullen. Used to be okay, but layoffs and mass quitting of key individuals have hurt morale. It's a paycheck for most.

They generally do not like him. He is based in a small office on the East coast so he isn't really present.

Not officially.
How does Welltok make decisions around promotions?
Currently, your guess is as good as mine. They are just now starting to implement an actual structure around bonus and raises, so maybe it will be addressed in this new system.

Depends on the department, but friendly for the most part. Many are jaded.

Pretty standard. Phone screen, in person with 3-6 people for 30-60 each.
