What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership has never built an actual product. Their sole interest is in combining a lot of functional companies to create the allusion of value and exit before things come crashing to a bitter end.
Communicating to their employees. Caring about their employees.
They are absent, have clouded judgment, and refuse to do what is right for the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive salary and everyone gets equity

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is decent compared to the market. The benefits in terms of healthcare and other perks have slowly been removed over time.
Better benefits and company paid healthcare. It would be nice to have matching 401K.
Most benefits have been removed from when I started with the company. There is no consistency in review or bonuses either.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative, innovative and willing to try new ways to drive business initiatives to insure success.

My co-workers are great, there is a corporate culture of lots of meetings and playing politics that gets in the way of progress.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People truly care about the product, clients, consumers and each other… as a start up - painting the plane in the air so it’s tough work, but very reward

There isn't much that is positive going on here
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The leadership needs to treat employees like human beings.
Profitability would lower some of the stress to get all the things done right now. It would allow the company to chase their own vision, too
