What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership has never built an actual product. Their sole interest is in combining a lot of functional companies to create the allusion of value and exit before things come crashing to a bitter end.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The pay is decent compared to the market. The benefits in terms of healthcare and other perks have slowly been removed over time.
