The leadership has never built an actual product. Their sole interest is in combining a lot of functional companies to create the allusion of value and exit before things come crashing to a bitter end.

They are absent, have clouded judgment, and refuse to do what is right for the company.
The pay is decent compared to the market. The benefits in terms of healthcare and other perks have slowly been removed over time.
Better benefits and company paid healthcare. It would be nice to have matching 401K.

My co-workers are great, there is a corporate culture of lots of meetings and playing politics that gets in the way of progress.
