It is a fun vibe, we all get along and have fun together. The Quarterly meetings are awesome and lots of variety with the post activities. As for our team, we are working 8-9hrs per day, sometimes on the weekend if we are behind on our sprint. But we get a lot of reward with activities for our hard work.
