What are some of the best things about your team?Most of my teams are highly competent and really fun people to work with
What makes you most happy at work?I can work, be myself, be paid decent and still have all the flexibility I need to do my job and take care of my family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Bottom to top communication and the ability to ask hard questions and get a straight answer is very nice.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Taking a 50% pay increase for lateral move. Immature/lack of investment in operations team and compensation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?It's not even remotely close enough for what's required to live in the Bay Area. Health insurance is expensive, 401k matching at 25% of what you contribute is a joke.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?There's a total lack of diversity in M&A, hiring more women and POC would be great. Also, they're pretty focused on the big offices but tend to pinch pennies with the smaller ones they're hoping to grow. Results in a lot of people leaving.
