I've been working at WorldLink for a couple of years, and I enjoy coming to the office every day. All my coworkers are nice and pleasant to work with, and I like our company culture overall.

The work environment for this company is not exciting since it is all about the image of the company & doesn't give equal standing to employees. They're always looking for the top performers, but don't look for a leader with inspiring qualities. There are no promotions, no great salary & benefits.

I feel that I have the autonomy and flexibility to do my job well and that my voice is heard. Our CEO is approachable and drives a culture of inclusivity that I think is rare to see at most companies.
