Everyone is treated with respect and encouraged to contribute their ideas and opinions. The management team is approachable and values feedback, making employees feel heard and appreciated.

Very encouraging and motivating when someone is down
My coworkers and my manager are always happy to help and make me feel valued. WorldLink as a company makes it a priority to stay true to its company principles and values. They invest in diversity and inclusion, employee well-being and learning and development.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is a great deal of micromanagement within the company and the team. There is always preference for someone, differentiating between them or not, and a lack of TRUST.
