Their vision, support and commitment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Empowering and committed to each individual's success.
Our CEO is great, and I enjoy working with my manager, but the family business owners can’t help but micromanage. This micromanagement derails the creative process and negatively impacts employees, making them want to leav
Cooperation with every co workers
Instead of coaching & training internal employees, they should provide the career path goal, more growing opportunities to others. Should provide the projects within the team equally instead of keeping to themselves. It is important for the same to learn and be on the same page.
Was able to negotiate a competitive salary.
Salary and opportunity to earn bonus.
Pay and medical benefits package
Base salary is good for a start
My salary is ok but our benefits and PTO policy could be much better.
Company benefits could be better. No 401k match, limited PTO, zero sick days, high cost of insurance.
There should have been a raise in salary wages for those who have been affected by the pandemic and there should be a balance in the health insurance. People using public transportation like Uber/Lyft should get paid more.
Great collaboration, diverse skills, and a fun atmosphere.
The best things about my team are the collaborative spirit, the support we provide each other, and the positive attitude we bring to work every day. Everyone on my team is smart and talented and it's a pleasure to work together even during stressful days.

Fun and exciting and something new everyday
Smart people, great team-oriented culture, exciting opportunities to make a difference, terrific values, inclusive and merit based environment.
Very encouraging and motivating when someone is down
There is a great deal of micromanagement within the company and the team. There is always preference for someone, differentiating between them or not, and a lack of TRUST.
Speaking directly with the CEO.
Very straightforward and clear questions
Interviewers were supposed to schedule their timings, but they got delayed. However, there should be mutual respect between interviewers and candidates.
What makes me happiest here is my awesome team, the cool projects I get to dive into, and the fact that I still get to enjoy a good work-life balance. It's a great combo!
I am lucky to have coworkers I consider as friends, and I truly enjoy my job. My manager is supportive and I feel valued.
Enjoying each other's success and the company's success.
