If there's a problem, there needs to be a group on site to handle it. Different problems handled with different solutions depending on your off site Human Resource group is causing dissention.
As xpo acquires more companies they forget about that company anf only focus on the big picture and not how much these business units do. Stop laying people off and show some support to the field.
