They pick positions by favoritism. Its not about time served its about whose back you can scratch.
Being leaders? Being approachable? You have workers unable to communicate to management due to their power sturtcure they have implemented. We are numbers not people.
Culture? Ziegler is impressed by one thing and one thing only. Money. If you are not producing revenue you are not apart of their culture.
Our health insurance is below average. Being sick or injured with our insurance has to be a choice. Can you afford to be helped? Because your employer coukd truly care less.
The union members are a good group of people to vent too. However we are not represented by our local union and our management does not see us as individuals. You are ziegler not anything else.
