Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the company does not provide adequate pto to those that have several years of experience outside of Ziegler. Only your years at Ziegler seem to matter.

People care more about taking care of our customers than getting involved in drama.

PTO. This is the single factor that is talked about across people who have a ton of experience at previous companies, but are given pto like a person fresh out of college.
