If the company is doing well, there are quarterly bonuses! Never had that at a company before.

Culture is business casual here, and I would say you should always be dressed up a little more than the office culture when you're coming in for an interview. A suit or dress with jacket is never wrong.

More so these days. In the past not so much but with the introduction of new fully fledged product lines you can see potential.

Career growth within product is not great. Because of a lack of internal growth opportunities likely the product you are hired on is the product you will stay on for the next four years. Management tends to want to hire in external hires to manage as opposed to promote from within product ranks, so you’ll likely be limited both horizontally and vertically.
