Frankly, I have been disappointed. When I joined the company I was told it was a great place to work and that there would be opportunity for advancement. I have not found these expectations to be the case.

Positive feedback, reviews, discussion of career development and compensation goals
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Team building meetings, once a month meetings with entire company in a room together discussing plans, goals, achievements. Allowing for open questions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no interest in or discussion of investing in the career development of employees. Giving feedback, entrusting with greater responsibilities, etc.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a lot of negativity and gossiping that goes on. The atmosphere is not positive and uplifting. Need to improve attitudes and teamwork.
