Overall it is an enjoyable experience. There is a specific individual who works with us who one, is held to a different standard than everyone else and two, is the only one in the store who is allowed to take tips. This in itself makes it an unfair working environment.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I wish they held all employees to the same standard, but i do like working with them, theyre good people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Holding each and every employee accountable. Specific employees who always get away with being late and doing the bare minimum make this place unenjoyable.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Changing the way that specific employee works would be a tremendous help to all. I know of at least 5 others who work here who are also tired of this specific employee doing nothint but even when something is said to the 1 and 2 nothing is done.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
One of the workers here only works on cash. She will not grab any other station even when no one is walking in. This means that over 50% of her shift she is just standing by the register on her phone, which im sure is not a good sight for customers to walk into
