What do you like best about the leadership team?

GM Dana at Store # MI-009 is awesome, have had various shift leaders over years, Have seen female shift leaders get involved with male members at this Jets

I am the manager, I have no issues with the amazing owners. I have so many questions and am so very confused by how Jets corporate does and treats there franchises. I honestly have never even came close to seeing a corporation that is so lethal on there franchises. Terrible terrible, just bad

Their ability to be flexible and tackle obstacles.

Most are hard working dependable easy to get along with and they show that they care

theres really only two managers that seem to care and they cant hold the whole store on theyre backs

I wish they held all employees to the same standard, but i do like working with them, theyre good people.

All of my managers are VERY kind & understanding they are all awesome to work under/with.

They're doing every part of the job with you. They're not there to sit in the office and do paperwork like most places ive seen.

Always willing to help and flexible with the schedule

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Holding everyone to the same standards.

delegating tasks to employees standing around

Making pizzas. They dont even know how to make a pizza.

Not Harassing their customers as well as their managers and employees

Taking matters of sexual harassment seriously, hiring women to the team and actually keeping them. Obviously the first problem needs to be solved before the latter

Most have gotten to where they are by sheer luck. Most are grossly undereducated and make terrible decisions.

Learn how to treat people right even when life isnt the best .

Not picking favorites and one manager needs to not constantly yell at the employees and hound them. They also need to learn how to manage a team

The owner needs to be more patient while talking with/ training the staff. The GM of one of the locations owned by him is working 70+ hours and the owner does not provide any aid.

it is an over all unsafe environment and when any issues are brought up they are never addressed and your hours are cut for bringing up any issue . there is a lack of communication and safety in the entire store from counter to back house. the managers turn a blind eye to the drug and alcohol use
