I am the manager, I have no issues with the amazing owners. I have so many questions and am so very confused by how Jets corporate does and treats there franchises. I honestly have never even came close to seeing a corporation that is so lethal on there franchises. Terrible terrible, just bad
Their ability to be flexible and tackle obstacles.
Most are hard working dependable easy to get along with and they show that they care
theres really only two managers that seem to care and they cant hold the whole store on theyre backs
Holding everyone to the same standards.

Making pizzas. They dont even know how to make a pizza.
Not Harassing their customers as well as their managers and employees
Taking matters of sexual harassment seriously, hiring women to the team and actually keeping them. Obviously the first problem needs to be solved before the latter

there are no benefits at the location im at, they tolerate hiring racist employees who have violent criminal pasts
Holding each and every employee accountable. Specific employees who always get away with being late and doing the bare minimum make this place unenjoyable.

Similar companies in the area offer significantly higher wages with the opportunity for sign on bonuses and benefits. Jet's offers nothing.
Making a career move to just about anywhere else would make me feel much better
Everyone on our team is friendly not stuck up like in most corporate places
i like my team. a lot of them i am friends with outside of jets
some times we can converse about my favorite shows so thats always nice.
How well we all work together as a team, help each other when needed & everyone GENUINELY cares about one another.

Team work. Staying off cell phones, Communication showing Up On time. Working weekends and weekdays maybe on days that's not necessarily just convenient for them
we dont have meetings or evaluations really ever
One of the workers here only works on cash. She will not grab any other station even when no one is walking in. This means that over 50% of her shift she is just standing by the register on her phone, which im sure is not a good sight for customers to walk into
Better communication, betting listening, better buisness

Work as a team and we never speak ill towards one another nor will anyone speak ill about a coworker behind there back. They will leave quickly. I run a store that we all get along and everyone treats everyone with respect they deserve. Everyone of the employees that I manage I got there back always

the owner who makes the schedule needs to actually put effort into the schedule and balance it, instead of only being there 2 days out of the week.
At the store i work at one of the managers is there for just a paycheck just doesn't seem like he cares so the other employees do what they want. Kind of hard for the employees who do care makes there job a lot harder
Changing the way that specific employee works would be a tremendous help to all. I know of at least 5 others who work here who are also tired of this specific employee doing nothint but even when something is said to the 1 and 2 nothing is done.
Empathy for there employees and try harder to not guve fasle hopes on priomised wages/bonus
Again dealing with the sexual harassment claims and having more than two women on staff at anytime would help
