Everyone on our team is friendly not stuck up like in most corporate places
i like my team. a lot of them i am friends with outside of jets
some times we can converse about my favorite shows so thats always nice.
How well we all work together as a team, help each other when needed & everyone GENUINELY cares about one another.

My team is mostly incredible, they're smart and good spirited.
Personally I've been to 3 different stores to help out ans I love that its the same vibe of people at each spot.
The employees are nice and willing to help it's the management that's the problem
The general managers of the locations are hard working and kind to the employees, and do not receive praise by the franchisee.
Wonderful sense of community and easy to get along with. Everyone is willing to learn.

Team work. Staying off cell phones, Communication showing Up On time. Working weekends and weekdays maybe on days that's not necessarily just convenient for them
we dont have meetings or evaluations really ever
One of the workers here only works on cash. She will not grab any other station even when no one is walking in. This means that over 50% of her shift she is just standing by the register on her phone, which im sure is not a good sight for customers to walk into

The managers need to follow the rules or the new employees won't learn. As in, no phone use, no vaping inside of store by underage employees, no illegal drug sales, no eating of candy full of known allergens, no attempts to physically intimidate employees
