I've worked for NSP for over 10 years, and I've always felt needed and appreciated. I have taken opportunities to advance and have never shied away from learning new things and accepting challenges. It really is more than "just a job."

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know what needs to be done to succeed and they make sure every business unit is in sync. They take time to make sure all employees at all levels know the plan and how they fit into the company's goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a clean, healthy company. We are in the business of helping people be healthy and we all take our own health and each other's health seriously. We are a family-oriented people, we try to get to know each other's families, and we do become good friends with each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Every day is different! Each week, month, year brings on new challenges, opportunities for learning and growth. It's easy for me to become immersed in what I do, and take pride in my work. Leadership and Management do take the time to recognize and praise you often, and make you feel appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We really are a family. We are not just co-workers, we are friends. We know how to help each other, we feel comfortable to challenge each other and hold everyone accountable without any hard feelings. We trust each other to be honest and fair, and we know we are all working towards shared goals.
