Right now work is good, before with the new business plan it was very difficult because I think they should've educated us more on the business plan. They should educate the new workers more on the new plan as well. But now we need more people working because it gets stressful a lot. And new IT work

I'm not entirely sure because we are all working from home. But our team meetings are great

Our manager is outstanding and amazing. She truly cares about her team and focuses on what she can do to help us. She's the best
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with this company for almost a year, I've been here through the new and stressful business plan and I have only received a couple shirts and gift cards. According to the compensation plan I'm due for a raise but I haven't heard anything about it.
