I feel very comfortable working here. I am valued as not only an employee but also as a person. I love the friendly environment and positivity throughout the work place. The benefits make this an excellent place to work, but as mentioned before, pay should be better, and advancement opportunities.

I feel like other companies are starting you at a better pay. Better pay would definitely make this company the total package.
We have increased our wages to be competitive with benchmarks, in many areas starting at $15 an hour.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy is coming to work and getting stuff done. I love feeling accomplished at the end of each day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing would be the family type atmosphere in this company. I feel like management and co-workers actually care about your needs here.
