It is challenging and rewarding for me. I have had the opportunity to work at a few different positions and therefore learn from these experiences. There are so many wonderful people that I work with that it makes it a great place to work. It has been a very stable job for me.

Working here has been great for me. I have here for several years now and have learned a lot and gained a lot of experience in many areas. I have a lot of good friends as a result of working here and have been able to make a good living to support my family. Working at NSP has been great for me.

The effort they are making to make changes to grow the business and become more relevant in the market place.

I like that they are actively going after re-branding to build a better brand that is more appealing to current and potential new customers.

I love how everyone on our team is supportive of each other and always willing to help resolve issues that arise and also how they treat each other, they are great co-workers and good friends.

When the work I do to help and support others makes a difference in their ability to do their job and makes it easier for them and saves them time. Making their life easier at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees are great to work with and everyone pulls together to meet objectives of the company. You know you can count on other members of the team I am on to do their part and always work hard to meet deadlines and complete tasks.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy when the work I do to support other users or our systems makes their job easier or if I am able to help them solve an issue they are unable to figure out. Helping others be successful at their job is always rewarding to me.
