If I were paid according to the (enormous) responsibility put upon me and the skillset demanded of my position.

I'm kind of a hub that supports six or seven teams. They are all fun and energizing to interact with; I love my "customers."
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They act like adults. They're humble and very smart. We've been hiring, and every single hire is an absolute gem. Not a single toxic, volatile personality; I think that's astonishing. And yet we have a culture of smart risk-taking and aggressive improvement.
