The leadership teams listens to the employees whether they have been with the company for 5 days or 50 years.

I am trusted to do my job, and I enjoy the freedom that comes with being treated like an adult as opposed to the environment at my last company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO and product credit are tied for my favorite part of my compensation package. NSP cares about our work/life balance and shows that with an excellent PTO program. NSP also believes in their products so much that they are willing to give employees excellent product credits to test them out.
