2020 Companies has a lot of impressive talent. I've been part of motivated and talented companies before and I am glad I landed at one again.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was on my spouse's benefits before and was apprehensive about switching to our company's benefits, but the switch has been great. Our HC covers more than my spouse's plan, and we continue to see added perks each year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The goals are clear, but anything you decide to do outside of those goals to improve yourself or the company is welcomed and supported. People who do their job well and take additional steps to improve the company are rewarded.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership can be demanding, but they build great relationships with our clients, ensuring we keep and grow our programs. They expect our people to be their best, but they also expect the same from themselves and lead by example everyday.
