My coworkers and the many different customers I get to help and talk with. Which, I have been able to learns from as well. I am able to hone on my skills and improve with each shift I receive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For starters just like my managers they are leaders in their own right. They are positive indivuals who are authentic to themselves and share the same mentality such as myself. Which make communicating with them enjoyable. You can learn a lot from them and for that am graeatful for the team I have.
