For being apart of the remote Online Sales team, for just shy of a year, I've had a wonderful experience, both with the client and team I'm with and the company overall.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The inclusivity of the team, and how we all get along very well, and not in a corny forced way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They help out where they can, and give a lot of insightful information. They aren't problematic for me, and accepting, which I've noticed with prior placements, can be an issue with others.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They did an active role play on what it'd be like in the role, so I could see if this was a good fit for me, as much as they were seeing if I was a good fit for them.
