
When I help people. It could be a direct report, customer, peer, leader. I get joy when I'm able to help someone solve a problem.
My interview experience was different than normal. We were acquired and transitioned from an existing program at a different 3pl. The experience was great but it wasn't a traditional interview process.

They solve for yes. When new processes are started, they know there will be edits to those processes and work to solve for the smoothest and most logical process so things are easier as challenges get harder
I feel like my experience and past jobs have value in the organization. I feel like when my opinion is asked, it's heard and action is taken. It makes me feel valuable and needed in an environment that could easily get lost in.
My peer team has a great camaraderie and trust with each other that I haven't found on other teams. My direct reports are smart and hard working and make great business decisions while consulting with me on choices and direction they want to go. Teamwork is the best part of my team.
