This is by far the best third party labor company to work for. I have worked for three of them in the past 10 years and this one is by far been the best. They truly care for all their employees. Always looking for ways to keep the atmosphere fun while working.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is very well diverse and they celebrate all cultures.
What makes you most happy at work?
What cool new products are coming out that I get to demonstrate with customers. Also that the company is always looking to encourage us to be mentored and prepare for other upper positions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is that this company is always having some type of contest for you to add more money to your hourly rate. As well as you have the opportunity to receive a raise every year because we have reviews every year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is tough but fair. They believe in work life balance and are very caring and concerned when something is going on with your family. The leadership team will also roll up their sleeves and get in the store and help us take care of customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a very well-rounded team we work well together and we're always willing to help each other out and give each other tips on how to be successful in their positions. As a team we are always willing to win as a group not as individuals.
