I was transitioned to 2020 companies from another program in July and I can already see how much more organized and quicker turn around to requests. I am very pleased with my experience here with 2020 companies. We have leaders with our best interest at heart and they care about the field staff.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to ideas, they listen, and we collaborate on decisions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I take advantage of the dental and vision plan. They are competitive against other companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a common goal in mind, I work well with my peers on group projects, and I feel supported and respected with 2020 companies.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to see my direct reports be recognized for their successes and achievements. Seeing their growth and development in their role is exciting to see.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have efficient processes in place now to make sure everyone is maximizing their time. We have cut down on the amount of numerous calls we have to be more efficient with our field support.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Again, I was transitioned to the role, so I did not necessarily have to interview for my position. I did speak with the People Experience Manager on the program itself, but the roles and responsibilities I have with this program have not changed.
