Engagement and empowerment allow us to have a very seasoned sales staff and support team. People stay because they love it!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that the company finds new health care companies that can provide us financial relief like affordable prescriptions to mental health care and other discounts.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked hearing about the role and the company. It wasn't just questions being asked of me. They made sure I understood the company goals and philosophy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It is great to work in a team where everyone has proven success stories. We learn from each other and come up with new ideas to continue to outdo ourselves!
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility of hours due to the nature of the business. There are always ways to work in a Dr appointment etc. without it being an issue. Work/life balance and family friendly!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is down to earth and professional. We are all here to do a great job for our clients and because we are driving to the same goals, there are little to no corporate politics at play. We can be productive and engaged at all times!
