My experience with 2020 has been beyond fantastic. I've heard companies claim they are "like family", but 2020 has actually built a culture that makes it obvious that people come first! Our partnerships and work/life balance are 2nd to none and I'd never want to work anywhere else!
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to see those around me being built up and getting opportunuities to change their lives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get to earn what I'm worth! As I take on more responsibility and contribute more, I make more automatically!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is a partnership, not a dictatorship. They are constantly working together to determine the best way to support our people and seem to truly care about everyone involved.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The leadership team was very honest about the needs of the position and the program, and I felt like expecations were clearly communicated in a way that allowed me to come in and know how to thrive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're accomplishing big things at 2020, and the company is very specific to communicate big wins and celebrations in a way that highlights individual contributions, but also celebrates the group as a whole. Seeing your team members celebrated is awesome!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team all love it here, and because of that they truly believe in the mission of helping others succeed. We all know that our success is based off of the success of the people we lead, and that's a powerful thing!
