I appreciate that my team is available to answer questions and provide assistance, even in the midst of this busy season. They are always friendly and eager to help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of our culture is that my team has space set to celebrate each other's wins. On this team a win for one person is a win for everyone, and I appreciate that management understands the importance of setting a culture of celebration from the top.
