Since joining Novus in the midst of the pandemic, I've achieved some big wins (new biz wins, partnering with great coworkers of all levels in the process, retaining & growing existing clients, & advancing some key internal processes). I continue to come to work excited and ready for new challenges.

Transparency and open/honest + respectful conversations.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are encouraging, positive/optimistic, and are flexible with their time to meet and discuss problems/new client requests etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
Delivering measurable results to clients and hearing directly from them that we're doing a great job for their business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k match is generous as is the PTO that I negotiated for. As an independent agency, I'd like to see the possibility of a quarterly or annual bonus considered.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are willing to share the current health of the agency (mainly from a financial perspective) and they clearly lay out the vision for the agency. 1 or 2 also get very involved on new business work and major accounts that show they care and are willing to roll up their sleeves to win/retain client
