I love workong at 360. I wish upper management took my growth and wanting to advance a little more serious but I will keep working hard to prove I deserve a raise and/or promotion. I wish there were more employee reviews so raises, bonusses and promotions could happen faster. Overall 360 is great!

I feel like employee reviews should happen more often and individual based performances should lead to raises and promotions.

The growth and development of our team is what is most positive. There are areas of improvement but our team is the best at getting things done

I like how committed and involved they are with gettong things done when it comes to gettong answer from management or feedback from the ROMs. I like how they make things flow
