I'm happy to have a job. There is no job security. Managers should have been open about layoffs and how the company is doing. We learned that many of my co-workers were laid off without any prior warning on social media. Social media was our only source of information about what was happening here.

Being more honest and transparent.

That we have benefits, our high insurance costs are somewhat unaffordable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we all appreciate each other's hard work. And that we still have jobs after a lot of layoffs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We all left that the work was slowing down no one was open and honest about the large layoffs in the company. Shouldn't a company let employees that are calling candidates and talking with clients know how the company is doing without 1st seeing it on social media when many employees are laid off
