What did you like most about the interview process?
There has been a near complete management change since I interviewed so it may be different now, but it was quick and decisive under the manager that hired me. New managers have unrealistic expectations without the knowledge of the inner workings of the company to back it up.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers are doing the best they can with the resources they have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They offer a ton of PTO and a week off between Christmas and New Years
