What is the best part about your compensation package?
The economic compensation is fantastic, and the health/PTO/shut-it-down days are amazing! They've truly embraced a distributed workforce and have nailed every aspect of it!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is genuinely a great person-- always looking to help make me a better Elastician! If they dont know the answer they at least point me int he right direction. It's great being surround by so many intelligent folks!
