Leadership simply do not care, all they care is numbers and where to cut overheads and employ low paid people from India for max work with minimum pay. Don't you think this is discrimination?

I didn't realise that I was brought in at the lower end of the scale & whilst I get top end increases, it will take many years to bring me up to market rate for my role

Attract better employees vs. being desperate to hire a back fill due to time not filling the right person to excel. All hires aren't bad, but if they don't succeed then the time to onboard is lost in the recycle in needed. Which in long term is a loss operationally and the efficiency to the company
