My divisional leadership team is generally good - the most senior are great but there are some that I would say is average but nice to work with

I like most of what leadership is doing. I sometimes find that the SLT can feel a little disconnected from the ICs. I would like more skip level meetings to help have our voices heard without having to go through management.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership simply do not care, all they care is numbers and where to cut overheads and employ low paid people from India for max work with minimum pay. Don't you think this is discrimination?
