You learn a lot, connect with amazing people but in terms of career growth you are kinda stuck + there are collaboration challenges in the sales team and you are required to give most of the energy you have there rather than to do you work.

The friendliness and openess of the people.

They seem ambitious but very confused.

The team in BCN hub is very supportive and friendly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The food allowance. Honestly, this and the health insurance and the food in the office. I don't see other benefits.
What makes you most happy at work?
The colleagues in the BCN office. The remote colleagues are disconnected - I don't know them. Yet, I work mostly with them. I suggest for improvement to bring all remote people in the office - especially from the sales department.
