Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working in a position where my work ethic is valued and I am earning sufficient income to experience a quality life with health benefits and other perks of working such as company bonus', and/or outings travel, or attending public service events.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I need to find a new employment opportunity and my life will improve. There is little to no chance of improvement here as I've been confirmed that decision several times.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would change everything about it.
