What do you like best about the leadership team?

Customer-first paired with employee-essential emphasis. Lots of focus on making sure they both align.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Letting employees participate in equity has been a huge benefit. Don't pay premiums on health insurance (also huge). And the experience bonus of $1,500 per year to travel or build a novel experience is a great perk.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Intense hiring bar means that you get the best of both worlds: very smart people who are very decent human beings.
