The management I think is fine but what is not good are the Team Leaders. Especially my Team Leader. She is a nit picker, power tripper and all the toxic traits you can think of. You will receive a CCF form from her everyday. You'll be surprised you got a mail and boom it is from her, another CCF.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less gossip, more on professionalism. No TeamLeads showing cleavages during meetings.
What makes you most happy at work?
talking to prospects. me and some of my colleagues created a secret group chat. no TL. we can our minds in that group chat.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they just gossip during meetings. our TL talks about people and mock them. you can't fight back to her when you feel offended coz she will revenge through CCF
