About the leadership, In 411 Locals I can speak with hours. Long story short. The leadership is based on trust and friendliness. The leaders are mo likely to be coaches and mentors than "bossy person".

I am finding my compensation package pretty fair and even generous.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team includes 14 people, that are separated on 2 more mobile sub-teams. We are divided based on tasks that are needed to be performed. So, one week I can be part of the first team, the next - week, a part of the second.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment depends on our behavior and attitude, so we are trying to make it friendly. The management is really supportive on that matter and encourages the development of a friendly working environment.
